Applying to E4A: Updated CFP & Grantee Profiles

We've released an updated Call for Proposals (CFP).  Based on feedback from applicants, we have worked to develop a more streamlined CFP that we hope provides more clarity regarding project fit, appropriate research designs and approaches, and Letter of Intent (LOI) and Full Proposal evaluation criteria.

Our mission remains the same, to support rigorously designed quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods research that yields convincing findings regarding the population health, well-being, and equity impacts of specific policies, programs and partnerships.

Two important changes that have been made to the CFP are the extension of maximum grant periods and the expansion of applicant eligibility requirements.

During the webinar we'll discuss:

  • The impact of changes and clarifications in the CFP for applicants;
  • Insights into the types of projects that are a good fit for E4A;
  • Examples of research projects funded by E4A to date.

While we are not able to answer questions about specific applications during the webinar, there will be time reserved for a live Q&A session to clarify general programmatic topics such as changes to the CFP, the application process, LOI review criteria, eligibility criteria, etc.

Please share this information with your colleagues and others who may be interested in working with us to develop the evidence needed to build a Culture of Health.
