Dr. Tan manages E4A’s applicant technical assistance services, which help applicants and grantees optimize their research designs and the use of research findings in program and policy decision-making. She also supports the planning and implementation of other E4A program and funding initiatives. She brings expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods, program evaluation, and non-profit management, with research and professional experience in nutrition, food insecurity, and maternal and child health.
